Quincy, IL — The Adams County Republican Party is proud to announce that Riley Gaines, a prominent advocate for women’s sports, will serve as the keynote speaker at the 2026 Lincoln Reagan Trump Dinner on Friday, June 19, 2026.
The event will be held at The Ambiance, 5225 Koch’s Lane, Quincy, with a social hour at 5:30 p.m. and dinner at 6:30 p.m. Tickets are $100 for adults, $40 for students (college and below), and a VIP Meet & Greet is also available.
A former University of Kentucky swimmer, Riley Gaines, rose to national prominence after competing against a transgender athlete in the 2022 NCAA Championships. Since then, she has become a leading voice in the fight to protect fair competition, safety, and privacy for female athletes. Gaines travels across the country speaking about the importance of preserving women’s athletics and has been featured in major media outlets and conservative events nationwide.
